Margeaux Roush

Margeaux Roush has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Margeaux began their career at Lexolution in 2008 as a JD Document Reviewer. Margeaux then moved on to Hire Counsel in 2010, where they held various roles such as Assistant Director, Director, and eventually became the Managing Director. During their time at Hire Counsel, they established the company's Richmond based office, built a database of local contract attorneys and paralegals, and maintained relationships with key law firms and corporations. In 2015, they joined McGlinchey Stafford as the Lateral Recruiting Coordinator and later became the Director of Talent Acquisition in October 2018. Overall, Margeaux Roush has extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and building successful client relationships.

Margeaux Roush started their education at The Collegiate School in 1983, where they pursued a college preparatory degree. Later, from 1996 to 2000, they attended Vanderbilt University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, majoring in Psychology and Women's Studies. Finally, from 2005 to 2008, they attended the University of Richmond School of Law and earned a JD (Juris Doctor) degree, specializing in Law.
