Jessi Wagner serves as Senior Associate General Counsel and Senior Director at McGough since January 2019, following previous roles as Associate General Counsel within the same company. Additionally, Jessi Wagner is an Adjunct Professor at Minnesota State University, Mankato, starting in August 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Mortenson as Risk Manager and Senior Corporate Insurance Analyst, as well as roles at Centurion, LLP as Senior Associate Attorney and a legal intern at the St. Paul City Attorney's office. Early career experience encompasses work as a Pro Bono Law Clerk at Fredrikson & Byron, MJF Summer Clerk at Volunteer Lawyers Network, and Co-Director of the Futures In Learning Law Program at William Mitchell College of Law. Jessi Wagner earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in History, Chicano & Latino Studies, and European Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
