Heather Wollerman

Heather Wollerman serves as the Vice President of Talent Management and Chief DEI Officer at McGraw Hill since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition, culture, and DEI initiatives. Previously, Heather acted as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources and DEI at Enpro, overseeing global talent strategy, and served as Sr. Director of Corporate HR and Global Talent Management at SPX Corporation. Earlier roles include Director of Human Resources at ATI Specialty Materials, Human Resources Manager at Goodrich, and various positions in human resources at Alliant Energy. Heather holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
