Matt Lepage

Matt Lepage is a seasoned UX designer and product designer with extensive experience in the education and climate tech sectors. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer at McGraw Hill since July 2025 and freelance product designer since August 2018, Matt focuses on developing accessible design libraries for startups and scalable data visualization solutions. Previously, Matt held various roles at 2U, including Senior Accessibility Designer, where responsibilities included creating process checklists for accessibility and leading inclusive design workshops, and Senior Product Designer, where the full redesign of the online application process was undertaken. Earlier experience includes positions at iQ License and Next Jump, focusing on UX/UI development and full-stack development. Matt holds a Master's degree in Information Science and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cornell University.
