Melissa Coffey

Melissa Coffey is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in financial management and operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Real Estate Finance at McGraw Hill since December 2012. In this role, Melissa directs the financial management of the Global Real Estate Services department, ensuring accurate recording of lease-related transactions globally while adhering to US GAAP and local accounting policies. Prior to McGraw Hill, Melissa worked at S&P Global in various roles, culminating as Senior Manager of Finance & Operations, where responsibilities included developing financial metrics and chairing a cross-segment Finance Council. Melissa holds a B.A. from the University at Albany, an MBA in Executive Management from St. John's University, and a Project Management certificate from Mercer County Community College.
