Amy Rising

Amy Rising has a extensive and diverse work experience. Amy began their career as a Registered Nurse at Los Robles Regional Medical Center, where they worked from 1994 to 1999. Amy then transitioned into the medical sales industry, working as a Clinical Therapy Sales Specialist at Hill-Rom from 1999 to 2003, and later as a Peri-Operative Sales Specialist at Draeger in 2003. Amy then joined WellPoint, where they held various roles from 2003 to 2011, including a Registered Nurse Health Coach, Project Manager, and Lead Clinical Director. Amy is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Health Management Services at McGriff Insurance Services, a position they have held since 2011.

Amy Rising has a Certificate in Leadership for Healthcare Transformation from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. Amy has Faculty Status in Worksite Wellness from Wellness Councils of America. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Woodbury University, an RN degree from the California Board of Registered Nursing, and an Associate of Science in Nursing Science from Moorpark College. Amy also has certifications in Life, Accident, & Health Agent from the California Department of Insurance, Registered Nurse from the California Board of Registered Nursing, and WELCOA Faculty from WELCOA (Wellness Council of America).
