Rebecca Friddle

Rebecca Friddle, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and client operations, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Client Operations Manager at McGriff since July 2021. Previously, Rebecca held roles as an HR Manager at Greenville County Rec, overseeing various HR functions, and as a Benefit Account Manager at Scott Insurance, where duties included employee benefit management and client relations. Rebecca also worked as Director of HR at World Help, establishing the HR department and systems for a non-profit organization, and has held recruitment roles at Thriveworks and Intersections Inc. Rebecca's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Government, both from Liberty University, and completion of a human resources certification prep course at CVCC.
