Kristin Shirley's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Kristin started their career at SunTrust as a Financial Services Representative from August 2006 to May 2007. After that, they joined Regions Insurance, Inc. as a Client Service Agent and Client Portal Administrator from May 2007 to February 2015. Kristin then worked as a Systems/Product Trainer from March 2015 to November 2017, and finally as a Benefits Enrollment and Communication Manager from November 2017 to July 2018.

In 2018, Kristin joined McGriff as the Benefits Administration & Technology Services Practice Leader from July 2018 to May 2020. Kristin then transitioned to the role of VP, Director of Brokerage Resource Optimization from May 2020 to October 2022. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Corporate Operations Manager at McGriff starting from October 2022.

Kristin Shirley obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Memphis, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Prior to attending The University of Memphis, they briefly declared Pre-Law as their field of study at Arkansas State University in 2002 before transferring. In 2012, they obtained a CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) Designation. Kristin also holds licenses in Life and Accident and Health Insurance as well as Property & Casualty Insurance for Mississippi.
