Joel Luis

Joel Luis is a Project Engineer at McGuire and Hester since May 2022, following a role as Student Supervisor Librarian at California State University, Chico from August 2019 to June 2022. Joel gained additional experience as a Territory Manager Intern at Master Builders Solutions during the summer of 2021. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Concrete Industry Management and a Minor in Business Administration, both obtained from California State University, Chico, between 2017 and 2022.
