Stephanie Anne Peters (Neal), MBA has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategy development, operational effectiveness, and team performance. Stephanie Anne currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at McGuireWoods LLP, where they oversee the firm's people strategy. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cherry Bekaert LLP, a regional CPA and advisory services firm, where they strengthened the firm's people strategy and operational effectiveness. Stephanie has also held various HR leadership roles at HCA and HCA Physician Services, where they were responsible for employee relations, compliance, and general HR operations. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Mid-Atlantic Broadband Cooperative, Inc., a fiber-optic broadband cooperative, and as the Regional Vice President at SESCO Management Consultants, a national HR consulting firm.
