James Campbell, B.S., FACPE has a diverse work experience in the emergency medical services and fire department sectors. James served as the Chief of EMS at Montgomery County Hospital District, where they were responsible for designing and deploying EMS resources for a large area and population. Prior to this, they were the Assistant Chief of Operations at the same organization.
Before joining Montgomery County Hospital District, Campbell worked at the City of Celina as a Captain in the EMS department. In this role, they represented the department at state and national EMS organizations and associations.
Campbell's career began at Westarea Fire Dept, where they worked as a Firefighter.
James Campbell, B.S., FACPE has an Education History that consists of several institutions and degrees. Chronologically, they first attended Fayetteville Technical Community College from 2002 to 2003, where they completed a Fire Academy program. James then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General at Methodist University from 2002 to 2006.
Between 2010 and 2011, James attended Paramedic School at Methodist Dallas. Following this, from 2016 to 2018, they were enrolled at Collin College, specializing in Fire Services Administration.
Most recently, James attended UT Health San Antonio from 2018 to 2020, completing their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Emergency Health Sciences. It should be noted that James also holds the professional designation of FACPE.
