Jason Falco

Jason Falco is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the BPO, telecommunications, and software solutions sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of Falcos West LLC since August 2023, Jason specializes in business development consulting focused on enhancing margins and improving ROI, customer experience, and employee engagement for organizations in the call center and BPO industries. Prior to this role, Jason has held key positions at MCI, including Business Development Consultant and COO, CCO of MCI BPO, overseeing 120+ clients and managing significant revenue streams. With previous experience as Sr. Director of Vendor Management at CenturyLink and various leadership roles in operations and program management, Jason holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management and Leadership from the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.
