Mike Anna has over 15 years of experience working in the Call Center industry, starting as a collections agent and working their way up to Chief Marketing Officer. In 2018, they were laid off due to company restructuring. Mike then joined MCI in 2018 as the Director of Digital and was promoted to Vice President, Digital and Marketing in 2020. Prior to their career in the Call Center industry, Mike served in the United States Marine Corps as Mobile Infantry from 1998 to 2002.
Mike Anna attended Lockport High School from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Computer Science. Mike then pursued further education at Niagara County Community College from 2002 to 2003, earning an Associate's degree in Computer Science.
