Marcellene Jean-Baptiste

Marcellene (Marcy) Jean-Baptiste, MBA, PMP®, CAPM®, currently serves as the Patient Safety Program Manager at MCIC Vermont, LLC, a position held since January 2014, where responsibilities include managing the Patient Safety Organization, overseeing the PSLP budget, and coordinating patient safety awards programs and shared learning events. Previous roles include supporting senior leadership and managing clinical initiatives, project coordination, and risk reduction awards at MCIC. Prior experience includes a project coordinator role at Geller & Company, focusing on workflow improvements, and positions in administration and account management at Mercer Delta Consulting and Lee Hecht Harrison.
