Marybeth Gromack

Marybeth Gromack, CPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Marybeth began their career at Business Travel International, where they managed operations in Atlantic Canada. Marybeth then joined Staples Inc. as a Human Resources Recruiter/Consultant, responsible for recruitment and overseeing the implementation of the company's first Work at Home program.

Following that, Marybeth worked at Stewart McKelvey as the Manager of Human Resources, where they successfully implemented a new rewards and recognition program. Marybeth then moved on to MOBIA Technology Innovations, where they served as the Manager of Human Resources, leading the development and implementation of HR strategies across Canada and improving performance management.

Marybeth also worked at FCV Interactive as a Senior Talent Recruiter, focusing on full cycle recruitment and establishing the Halifax office. Marybeth then joined the Province of Nova Scotia's Public Service Commission as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing strategic consulting and coaching in various HR areas.

Currently, Marybeth is at McInnes Cooper, holding the roles of Director of People & Culture and Senior Manager of People & Culture. In these positions, they are responsible for leading firm-wide HR initiatives, overseeing operations and administration, and managing a team of up to 40 employees.
