Saima Anwar

Saima Anwar, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Board Member at MCIS Language Solutions since October 2021, Saima contributes to a non-profit social enterprise specializing in multilingual solutions. Previously, as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Acosta from November 2017 to August 2023, Saima supported various compensation programs and conducted market analyses to improve salary structures. Saima also held multiple roles at Mosaic North America from June 2011 to October 2017, including HR Operations Manager, Recruitment Manager, and HR Programs Manager, where contributions included workforce analytics, recruitment strategies, and employee communications. Saima holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
