Dan Kotecki

Dan Kotecki has over 24 years of experience in the Quality and Regulatory fields. Dan began their career in 1997 as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Lamaur Brands. In 2000, they moved to Minnetonka Brands, Inc. as a Quality/Research & Development Manager. From 2002 to 2013, Dan worked at Apex International Mfg, Inc., where they held the roles of New Product Development Quality Director, Director of Quality & Lab Services, and Quality Manager. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Levlad LLC, first as Director of Quality, then as Quality Manager. Currently, they are the Senior Technical Director at McKenna Labs, Inc., where they are responsible for providing leadership to Quality, Regulatory and Research & Development Teams, developing new processes, systems, and reports, and leading the team to support professional growth and coaching.

Dan Kotecki completed a B.S. in Biology from the University of Minnesota College of Biological Sciences and a Mini-Master of Quality Management from the University of St. Thomas.
