Kate Tracy

Kate Tracy, CCIFP, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property management and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Job Cost Analyst and Senior Accountant at McKenney's, Inc. since March 2019, Kate has managed various roles in previous companies, including Property Accounting Manager at The RADCO Companies®, where responsibilities included staff oversight, financial statement preparation, and budget variance analysis. Kate's experience spans multiple accounting functions such as construction project accounting, tax reporting, and accounts payable and receivable management across several organizations, including WRI Capital Group II, LLC and Carolina Heating Service Inc. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University.
