Aaron Schrama has a diverse work experience, starting at Katz Group Canada in 2007, where they held various roles in marketing and digital marketing until 2011. Aaron then worked at Sears Canada as an In-Store Marketing Manager before moving to Katz Group Canada Ltd./Rexall Pharma Plus as a Manager of Programs and Initiatives. Subsequently, they joined Shoppers Drug Mart as a Senior Manager of Digital Health Products. In 2019, they transitioned to Well.ca as a Director of Business Development, and in 2020, they joined McKesson Canada, where they held roles in Operations Excellence, Strategic & Growth Initiatives, and later as the Vice President of Customer Care & Communications.
Aaron Schrama attended Western University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. In 2008, they completed a Certificate in Direct Marketing with Distinction from the Canadian Marketing Association. Additionally, in 2008, they obtained a Certificate in Continuing Education: Advanced Copywriter's Workshop from the Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center. Finally, in 2009, they completed a Certificate in eMarketing with Distinction from the Canadian Marketing Association.
