Kelly Subica

Kelly Subica, CHRL has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnerships and people and culture. Kelly started their career at St. Michael's Hospital in 2001, before moving to AGF Management Limited in 2003 as a Human Resource Representative. In 2006, they joined McKesson Canada as a Sr. Human Resource Business Partner, gradually progressing to roles such as Manager, Director, and ultimately Senior Director People and Culture.

Kelly Subica, CHRL holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the University of Guelph. Kelly also completed a program in Human Resources at Conestoga College.
