Jesse Gales is a professional with diverse experience in operations and customer success within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Midwest District Pride ERG Operations Lead at McKesson, Jesse has held various positions including Sr. Account Operations Manager and PRN Certified Pharmacy Technician at Equitas Health, Customer Success Manager at TrueCommerce, and Sr. Analyst in Customer Success at Cardinal Health. Jesse began a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Colorado State University Global and is currently pursuing further education at The Ohio State University scheduled to conclude in August 2026.
