Harry Collison

Harry Collison, Senior Vice President and Managing Director – Acquisitions and Dispositions. Harry is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Counselors of Real Estate holding the CRE designation. He received a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Rollins College and an M.B.A. from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College where he is currently the adjunct professor of real estate.

Harry is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Registered Real Estate Broker and Subject Matter Expert. During the past 40 years he has overseen billions of dollars in asset valuation, acquisitions and dispositions for a nationwide base of government, private and institutional clients.

Harry Collison has testified extensively as an expert witness in various judicial circuits and in federal courts. Testimony has been in matters of eminent domain, casualty losses, bankruptcy, tax and torts where real property values were an issue.
