Shelly Spaulding

Shelly Spaulding is an Assistant Superintendent at McKinney ISD with extensive experience in various educational roles including Principal, Director of Human Resources, Assistant Principal, Instructional Coach, Teacher, and Girls Athletics Coach. Shelly previously worked at Richardson ISD as a Teacher, Girls Coach, and Reading Specialist. Spaulding holds a Doctor of Education degree from the University of North Texas and has completed multiple other degrees and certificates in educational leadership and administration. Shelly is currently pursuing a Leadership for Impact certificate at Southern Methodist University.
