Saroya Garcia-Ladiana

Saroya Garcia-Ladiana has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as an Administrative Office Assistant at Baruch College Registrar's Office. Saroya then worked as a Premier Customer Service Representative at HSBC Bank, U.S.A. In 2009, they became an Assisting Managing Director at The Rowe Group, LLC, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising real estate agents. From 2012 to 2014, Saroya served as a Brand Consultant for Donna Karan & Personal Stylist at Saks Fifth Avenue, achieving exceptional sales performance and establishing new accounts. Saroya then worked as an Account Manager at Hästens Beds, analyzing daily business operations and providing customer support. In 2018, they joined Design Within Reach as an Account Executive, responsible for client consultations, expanding brand connections, and maintaining product knowledge. Saroya also worked at The Shade Store as a Design Consultant, offering architectural expertise and ensuring project deadlines were met. Currently, Saroya serves as the Director of Business Development at McKinnon and Harris, Inc., where they are focused on building relationships with designers and architects and expanding the company's trade industry footprint.

Saroya Garcia-Ladiana completed their high school education from Holy Angels Academy, earning a High School Regency Diploma, between 1999 and 2003. Saroya later pursued higher education at Bernard M. Baruch College, CUNY, from 2003 to 2008. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Economics and History.
