Blair Ciesil

Blair Ciesil has over 22 years of experience in talent attraction and recruitment, predominantly at McKinsey & Company, where Ciesil served as Partner and Global Talent Attraction Leader from January 2001 to May 2023. In this role, Ciesil was responsible for leading the hiring of top talent from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Prior to this, Ciesil held positions as Director of Global Experienced Professional and Tech Recruiting and Engagement Manager at McKinsey. Ciesil holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where involvement included being an Associate Editor for the Law Review.
