Colin McWatters

Colin McWatters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health policy, public-private partnerships, and campaign management. Currently serving as an Associate at McKinsey & Company since September 2023, Colin has previously founded the HBS Social Venture Fellowship at Harvard Business School, where analysis of medical costing methodologies contributed to healthcare price transparency initiatives. At the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Colin structured a national lab management deal for the Rwanda Ministry of Health, demonstrating expertise in financial data analysis and operational modeling. Earlier roles included a Technical Assistant for Private-Public Partnerships at the Rwanda Ministry of Health and campaign management for a Congressional candidate, showcasing a strong background in advocacy, research, and strategic planning. Colin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Global Health from the University of Michigan.
