Irene Bonilla

Irene Bonilla is a knowledgeable professional currently serving as a Knowledge Analyst - Transformation at McKinsey & Company since September 2021. Alongside this role, Irene has been a board member of the non-profit foundation Fundación el Niño y la bola in San José, Costa Rica, since June 2018, contributing to strategic planning and fundraising initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at Banco Central de Costa Rica, where Irene worked as a National Account Analyst from April 2015 to August 2021, managing technological projects and coordinating macroeconomic data, as well as serving as an Account Technician in Farming and Manufacturing, analyzing national production statistics. Irene's career began with consulting roles and an internship focused on national accounts and macroeconomic statistics. Irene holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad de Costa Rica.
