Natan Szymczyk

Natan Szymczyk is a seasoned professional with a robust background in analytics and athletics. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company since October 2021, Szymczyk previously represented Poland as an Olympic athlete for the Polish Rowing Federation from 2010 to 2021, achieving notable accolades including a 7th place finish at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games and multiple medals at European and World Championships. In addition to athletic accomplishments, Natan gained experience as a Development Intern at Cal Athletics Fund, supporting fundraising efforts through strategic communications and database management. Szymczyk holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
