Zak Gaibi

Zak Gaibi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and technology roles. At McKinsey & Company from July 2006 to December 2022, Zak served as Senior Partner and led the Transformation practice for the EEMA region, as well as the North America TMT Transformation Service Line, achieving significant valuation gains for clients. Previously, Zak played a crucial role in the growth of the RTS practice and was part of its founding team. Zak also expanded McKinsey's influence in Sub-Saharan Africa and worked on various projects involving health care and private equity. Currently, Zak serves as an advisor at MPOWER Financing, a social enterprise promoting access to education, and held leadership positions at KarmaBox and Mubadala Technology, where oversight of portfolio companies was essential. Zak holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University.
