Cathy Swann has over 20 years of experience in compensation and human resources. Cathy began their career at Ross Stores, where they directed compensation, payroll, and HRIS. Cathy worked closely with IT to implement HR and payroll systems and was responsible for executive compensation and SEC disclosures. After Ross Stores, they joined Carlson Companies as a Senior Compensation Consultant, where they developed incentive plans for various divisions. Cathy then moved to ClubCorp as the Director of Compensation, managing short-term incentive plans and stock options for key executives. Following ClubCorp, Cathy joined Freeman as the VP of Compensation, where they led all aspects of compensation for a global event services company, including executive compensation and systems implementation. Cathy is currently the Director of Compensation at McLane Company, Inc., overseeing compensation strategy and management.
Cathy Swann completed their education at Christian Brothers University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Cathy furthered their education by attending World at Work, where they earned a Certified Compensation Consultant degree with a specialization in Compensation. Along with their degrees, they also hold a certification as a Certified Compensation Professional.
