Jennifer Montgomery

Jennifer Montgomery has a strong background in healthcare administration and nursing leadership. Jennifer currently holds the position of SVP & System Chief Nursing Officer at McLaren Health Care since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the President and CEO of McLaren St. Luke's from August 2020 to May 2023. Before that, they held various leadership roles at McLaren Port Huron, including President and CEO from 2015 to 2020 and Vice President of Nursing and Clinical Services/CNO from 2011 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Vice President of Intensive Services/CNO at Genesys Regional Medical Center from 2009 to 2011 and as the Vice President of Nursing/CNO at Port Huron Hospital from 2006 to 2009.

Jennifer Montgomery has a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration (MSA) from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Wayne State University. Jennifer is also a Registered Nurse certified by the State of Michigan. Additionally, Jennifer has obtained certifications such as Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP), Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and Nurse Executive Advanced (NEA-BC), although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
