Kimberly Keaton Williams has extensive experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. Kimberly held the position of Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Development and Chief Diversity Officer at McLaren Health Care from 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading talent management strategies and ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace. Prior to McLaren, they served as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Inforum and the Rhonda Walker Foundation. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Vice President of Technical Workforce Solutions at Tata Technologies, overseeing sales, recruiting, and operations. Before that, they held various positions at Kelly Services, including Senior Director of Central Sourcing Group, Americas Operations Lead for Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group, and Director of RPO Operations. Kimberly started their career as a Product Manager at Kelly Services and Global Sales Forecasting Manager at Aeroquip Vickers. In the future, Kimberly will also be joining the Board of Governors for the Schoolcraft College Foundation starting in 2023.

Kimberly Keaton Williams holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Kimberly also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Engineering Sciences from Michigan State University. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Cass Technical High School. Additionally, Kimberly has acquired several certifications including Certified Diversity Professional from the National Diversity Council, Certified Outsourcing Professional from IAOP, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Performance Institute.
