Emily Roach has extensive experience in ERP solutions and manufacturing processes. Emily started their career as a Consultant at Huckerby Royall Systems from 2001 to 2006. Emily then moved to Planit International as an ERP Consultant, where they managed over fifty implementations from 2006 to 2009. Following that, Emily worked at McLaren Group in various roles such as ERP Analyst Developer, SAP Business Analyst, and Manufacturing & Production Solutions Manager, showcasing their expertise in handling SAP implementations and production planning. Emily'smost recent role at McLaren Group was as a Production & Manufacturing Principal Analyst, where they focused on driving business efficiencies and designing solutions to meet business requirements.

Emily Roach obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Hertfordshire in 2000. Emily then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Advanced Manufacturing & Management Technologies at the University of Surrey from 2000 to 2001. In 2013, they furthered their education by earning an International Diploma in Business Analysis from the British Computer Society.
