Philip Vedell

Phil Vedell Joined McLarens June 2020 as Chief Administrative Officer. Phil has over 25 years of experience in the specialty insurance and reinsurance market. Most recently, Phil was at Argo Group where he served in a variety of roles from 2015 through 2020 including Chief Administrative Officer, U.S. Chief Operating Officer and Group Head of Operations. He has also held positions with Catlin as COO of the U.S., Alterra Capital Holdings, Max Specialty Insurance Company, American Wholesale Insurance Company, and Aon Corporation. Phil is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he majored in Business Administration.
