Angela Stewart

Angela Stewart is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources and program administration. Since joining WestEd in 2005, Angela has held several key positions, including Human Resources Manager for Operations and Special Projects, Division Operations Director, Senior Manager for Program Operations and Administration, and Senior Program Coordinator for the Comprehensive School Assistance Program. In these roles, Angela has demonstrated expertise in strategic human resources planning, operational management, and the implementation of improvement initiatives. Prior to WestEd, Angela worked as Office and Communications Coordinator at Community Housing Opportunities Corporation and held multiple roles at the Council of Chief State School Officers, culminating as Project Director for significant educational initiatives. Angela holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, and attended the University of Maryland.
