Director Of Customer Care at McLeod Software

Kim Franklin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting their career as a Social Worker at the Alabama Department of Human Resources in 1994, they later transitioned to a Customer Support Representative role at EPL in 1999. Over the years, they took on various positions within EPL, including an Accounts Payable Specialist with some HR Assistant Functions and an HR Generalist. In 2018, Kim joined VisiFI as an HR Manager and eventually became the Human Resources Director. Currently, they are working as the Director of Customer Care at McLeod Software, beginning in 2023.

Kim Franklin completed their Bachelor of Science in Social Work at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications. These include the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, which they obtained in May 2021. Kim also holds the SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty certification from SHRM, obtained in September 2020. Furthermore, they are a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), having obtained this certification in July 2017.
