Tiffany Giekes

Tiffany Giekes is an experienced professional in business process and technology, currently serving as Product Owner for LoadMaster at McLeod Software since October 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President of Business Process and Technology at Decker Truck Line Inc., where Tiffany led an IT transformation to enhance service delivery and reduce costs. Previous positions also include Program Manager for Special Handling Transportation Operations at Amazon and Director of Business Process at P&S Transportation, where Tiffany made strategic decisions across multiple companies and significantly improved profitability. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
