Anja Waterstrat

Anja Waterstrat has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Anja is currently working as a People Business Partner at McMakler since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at STRATO AG as an HR Business Partner from October 2020 to December 2021 and as an HR Generalist from August 2018 to October 2020. Anja also served as a Personalreferent at ZIF - Zentrum für Internationale Friedenseinsätze gGmbH from March 2018 to July 2018.

Earlier in their career, Anja worked as an HR Generalist at Uniper HR Services Berlin GmbH from January 2017 to December 2017. Anja gained HR consulting experience at E.ON Business Services, where they worked as an HR Consultant from May 2016 to December 2016. Prior to this, they held roles as an HR Administrator Global Mobility from September 2015 to April 2016 and as an HR Administrator Payroll from June 2015 to August 2015.

Anja also worked as a Werkstudent in various HR roles at Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG, including Personalbetreuung from October 2014 to May 2015 and Learning & Development from January 2014 to September 2014. Anja started their professional journey as a Resortleitung Weiterbildung at uniClever e.V. - Die studentische Unternehmensberatung from May 2010 to January 2013. Lastly, they completed a HR recruiting internship at Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group (BSH) from August 2011 to December 2011.

From 2008 to 2013, Anja Waterstrat attended the University of Potsdam, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Betriebswirtschaft & Volkswirtschaft.
