Justus Kloth

Justus Kloth has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Justus'smost recent role is as a Business Development Manager at McMakler, where they started in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Real Estate Intern at Tesla from August 2021 to February 2022. Justus also gained experience as a Real Estate Development Intern at ECE for two months in 2021. Justus worked as a Research Assistant at the Chair of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technological Transformation at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management from November 2020 to May 2021. Justus was a Working Student at nexpert AG for two months in 2020 and an Intern at the same company for three months in 2019. Justus also had a Business Development Internship at McMakler from February to June 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant at J.L. Völckers & Sohn KG for two months in 2017. Justus gained startup experience through their role in Startup Development at Cupermo from March 2015 to March 2017. In 2015 and 2016, they participated in the Business@School initiative by BCG, where they analyzed financial data of companies and developed a business idea.

Justus Kloth completed their secondary education at Helene-Lange-Gymnasium from 2009 to 2017, where they obtained their Abitur with a focus on Economics. Justus then pursued their undergraduate studies at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management from 2018 to 2021. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management/Business Administration (BSc). In 2020, Justus briefly attended NEOMA Business School, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management.
