Candy Saga

Candy Saga is a senior business lawyer with extensive experience in public private partnerships, infrastructure transactions, and project finance. Currently serving as Counsel at McMillan LLP since May 2014, Candy has previously held significant roles, including Senior North American Counsel for Bilfinger Project Investments and Principal at Saga Infrastructure Legal Advisory Services. Candy's expertise encompasses structuring and negotiating P3 bids, managing legal issues during construction and operations, and overseeing legal aspects of infrastructure investments. Candy also served as Transaction Counsel at Babcock & Brown Canada and Partner at Farris & Co., providing corporate law advice and leading legal teams for M&A and finance transactions. Candy holds both an LLB and a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Toronto.
