Flora Haji

Flora Haji has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Flora currently holds the position of Sr Manager-Business Systems Analysis at MCO (MyComplianceOffice) since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Charles Schwab as a Senior Staff Business System Analyst since May 2012.

Before joining Charles Schwab, Flora worked at Abbott Laboratories as a Business Process Analyst, where they analyzed critical processes used in the Global Pharmaceutical Organization Supply Chain departments for all product lines of business. Flora conducted on-site stakeholder interviews, made process improvement recommendations, and developed meaningful business metrics.

Flora also worked at HCSC as a Process Improvement Analyst, where they defined the current state of major health insurance processes, created process maps, measured and analyzed process performance, and identified process improvements.

Earlier in their career, Flora held roles at Motorola Mobile Devices, including Process & Quality Manager and Project Quality Manager/Six Sigma Black Belt. In these roles, they coordinated Lessons Learned activities, gathered and assessed lessons learned, updated processes, and acted as a liaison between software engineering SMEs/managers and vendors. Flora also served as a System Quality Manager for Mainline Programs and Quality Manager for 3rd party suppliers.

Flora's work experience showcases their expertise in business systems analysis, process improvement, and quality management across multiple industries.

Flora Haji obtained a PhD in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
