Ioannis Pagonakis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ioannis started their career at FAROS HOTELS I & II as a Receptionist, where they excelled in managing customer service, operations, reservations, and improving hotel rankings. Ioannis then moved on to Kapa Com, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in the Intangible Cards Department. After that, they joined Nexans as an FO/BO Sales Associate, responsible for facilitating offers, monitoring contracts, and delivering sales reports. Currently, they are working at MCOMS as a Sales Account Manager, where they coordinate resources to deliver projects on time, handles sales inquiries, and manages after-sales issues. Their work has led to the expansion of the company's hotel portfolio and improvement in cash flow.
Ioannis Pagonakis completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Logistics at the University of Piraeus from 2004 to 2010. In addition to their academic background, they obtained various certifications over the years. Ioannis received a Diploma in Sales Management from IST College in July 2022, completed a course on Clients' Commitment & Sales of the Future by Nikolaos Bazionis in May 2018, and participated in a Crisis Management program at the Educational Forum Festival "Foitisi" in December 2008. Furthermore, they completed a program on Management & Hedge against Financial Risks at the same Educational Forum Festival in December 2008 and acquired knowledge on "The Acquisition of Greek Banks by Foreign Banks, the Impact on the Greek Economy and the Job Market" through a course conducted by Hellenic Bank in November 2007.
