Jessica Nappi

Jessica Nappi, AICP, has a diverse background in urban planning and public administration, currently serving as a Project Analyst and previously as a Senior Planner for Pierce County since February 2020. Nappi has also held senior planning roles at McPherson Consulting, LLC, since May 2014, and worked as City Clerk and in various administrative capacities for the City of Fircrest from July 2017 to February 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Transportation Analyst at the Hampton Roads Transportation Planning Organization and as an Administrative Analyst focused on economic development for the City of Norfolk, VA. Nappi holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from George Mason University.
