Karine Reffet

Karine Reffet is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication and brand management. Currently serving as Group Communications Manager at McPhy since May 2022, Karine is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies across France, Germany, and Italy within a scale-up focused on industrial decarbonization. Prior to this role, Karine founded and directed A Vos Marques Communication, providing long-term strategic consulting to executives and managing projects for notable clients such as Michelin and various start-ups. Previous experience includes Director of Communication at SeLoger, where Karine orchestrated a comprehensive communication strategy that significantly increased brand visibility, and roles at Figaro Classifieds, Brody Associates, Team Partners Group, and Reed Business Information, showcasing a robust background in corporate communication and project management. Academically, Karine holds a Master's degree in Marketing from ICN Business School and has completed supplementary studies at HEC Montréal.
