Katie Allen

Katie Allen, Ed.D. has extensive experience in research, evaluation, and community improvement initiatives. Currently working as Co Director & Kansas Co-Lead at McREL International, Katie also serves as a Graduate Faculty Associate at the College of Education at Kansas State University, where Katie teaches a course on Improvement Science and Research Methods for School Leaders. In addition, Katie has served as a Panel Reviewer for federal funding agencies and provided mentoring and coaching support to doctoral candidates completing their qualitative dissertation. With a background in public policy analysis and a Doctor of Education degree from Kansas State University, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their various roles.
