Reginald See is a highly experienced HR professional with a strong background in regional HR leadership across various industries and countries. Currently serving as Group HR Director at Avaland Berhad, Reginald is instrumental in driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational transformation. Prior roles include Regional HR Director for Asia Pacific at KAVX and Regional HR Director for Southeast Asia at Atotech Group, where Reginald led strategic HR initiatives and programs to support business growth.
