Steve Yancy

Steve Yancy is a seasoned HR Manager with extensive experience in human resources and operational management. Currently serving at McWane, Inc. since October 2022, Yancy previously held the HR Manager position at BlueTriton Brands, overseeing a workforce of 250 associates in a high-speed water bottling facility. Prior to that, Yancy worked at Vesuvius from January 2012 to May 2019 as an HR Manager, Lean Engineer, and Safety Coordinator, following a progression through roles at Vesuvius USA that included Lean Technician and Tooling Technician. Yancy's career began as a Lead CNC Machine Operator at Vesuvius USA from September 1991 to January 2000. Yancy holds an MBA with a focus on Human Resources and Quality Management, as well as a B.S. in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler.
