Alicia Burgess

Alicia Burgess has over a decade of professional experience in the software development, web product management, and project management fields. Alicia began their career in 2001 as a Client Services Specialist/Executive Assistant at Strategic Planning Solutions. In 2010, they joined Scripps Health- Information Services as a Senior Project Analyst and Administrative Coordinator, where they were responsible for managing operating budgets and providing technical expertise and support services for projects. In 2013, they transitioned to Scripps Health as a Web Product Manager and Senior Business Analyst - SharePoint, where they were accountable for the daily oversight and operations of one or more portals, as well as formulating and defining systems scope and objectives. Most recently, Alicia has been a Software Development Project Manager at MD Revolution since 2015.

Alicia Burgess has a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration and Management from Ashford University. Alicia also holds an ITIL v3 certification.
