Christian Alba

Christian Alba has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Christian began their career in 2012 as a System Support Specialist at Napa County, where they managed over 1300 county employees' account permissions and configured and supported operating systems. In 2014, they worked as a System Support Specialist at Duckhorn Wine Company, where they monitored file servers, printers, and networks to ensure maximum uptime and performance. In 2015, they joined Merge Healthcare, an IBM Company, as an HL7 Interface Analyst II, where they coordinated system downtime for upgrades and go-live procedures, trained admins on system best practices, and closed over 500+ cases in 2021. In 2022, they moved to Merative as an Interface Analyst II, where they utilized analytical processing to ensure consistent data configuration between customers and vendors, designed, maintained, and installed complex HL7 interfaces, and collaborated with developer staff via JIRA. Christian also began working as an Integration Project Technical Specialist at MD Revolution in 2022, where they are the primary resource for integration configuration and testing during the client implementation and works closely with the Implementation & Account Management team during the onboarding process.

Christian Alba attended Napa High School from 2006 to 2009, where they earned their High School Diploma. Christian then attended Heald College, where they earned an Associate of Science in Computer Science with an emphasis in Network Security.
