Michael Hepperlen is the Senior Consultant and Director of Talent Insights & Analytics at MDA Leadership Consulting. Michael has extensive experience in developing talent management programs, leadership development solutions, and organizational research to achieve business goals. Prior to MDA, Michael worked as a Human Capital Management Consultant at SHL, where Michael designed selection systems for Fortune 500 companies. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Organization Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has a background in psychology and counseling.
